Looking Forward
in Dania Beach, FL
Ernesto painted Looking Forward for the City of Dania Beach on the City Hall parking garage.
The mural features a Florida panther and other south Florida wildlife, including a great egret, snail kite, roseate spoonbill, great blue heron, a flock of skimmers, and an alligator. Orange blossoms, Florida’s state flower, are painted among the wildlife along with bald cypress trees.
Looking Forward was named the Bronze national winner and Gold region 3 winner (KY, TN, NC, SC, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, Puerto Rico) of the National Mural Award 2025.
