Shoreline Ascendance
at the Seawalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach, FL
Ernesto had the pleasure to paint at Jacksonville Beach’s Seawalk Pavilion. The mural tells the story of Jacksonville Beach’s natural surroundings and wildlife.
The mural begins underwater on the beach-facing wall with a dolphin and sea turtle. Turn the corner to the backside of the pavilion, and the mural carries viewers above the water with a pelican riding a wave and a flock of seagulls by the shore. Walk further still and viewers can meet an anhinga bird among the mangroves and a great blue heron flying peacefully.
